The Support Service includes access to our on-line customer portal, a self-service customer and partner portal that provides access to technical documentation, Knowledge Base, electronic software distribution, product descriptions, white papers and and other resources to useful to address technical issues and get up-to-date information on KDM Force products.

Support Service Contact Guidelines

When contacting Support Service please have the following information ready:

  • The Partner Support Contract ID number
  • Primary or Secondary contact name and area code and phone number for the contact
  • Operating system (including version) on which KDM Force is installed (only for Enterprise Edition Software)
  • The KDM Force Software components and version numbers (only for Enterprise Edition Software)
  • Any KDM Force Software error messages
  • A detailed description of the problem

The Support Service is not available outside of normal business hours
